A Study on Leadership and Subordination of Hospital Nurses in West Gyeong-Nam Area

Abstract

|
The purposes of this study were to identify the leadership & subordination of hospital nurses in West Gyeong-Nam area. 100 Staff nurses were participated in this study during the period from Dec. 1. to Dec. 14. 1987.
The questionnaire was composed of 33 items which explained nurse´s subordination, head nurses leadership. (authority, human relation)
As a result of data analysis, nurses who had positive thinking about their subordination & head nurse´s leadership (authority, human relation) were 52% , 66%, 46%, respectively.
